Some of you know that I do sticker art. And if you didn't, well, now you know.
BUT
Today was my first time working with stencils ever. I watched a tutorial on it and kind of filled in the blanks because it wasn't that good. And it took a while because I only had a cheap knock-off of photoshop that didn't have the cutout filter, so I had to download Photoshop which took about three hours to find a torrent that wasn't virus or trojan infested and it took even longer for me to get it working right because the keygen was pretty slow.
BUT I think all of the waiting was worth it.
And here she is, my little bunny
Feedback is appreciated.

Awesome, some tips i found in researching....
1. gloves - i don't use them, but i sometimes wish i did, and if i ever do something large i might buy a mask.
2. pizza box - not sure where you will work or when, but a good tip i read was to keep you stuff in a pizza box while you walk around(hold it the propper way) you look less suspitious before and after, as well as keeping you stencils flat, just keep cans from rolling
3. overspray - as you saw its really easy to get overspray. either cut into something bigger if you can, or if your lazy have a piece of poster board that you can tape all of your 8x11 sheets too to keep overspray from happening. for some things you could always plan for overspray and cut the edges of your stencil cool so you get a frame type effect.
also not sure what you used, but if you aren't just doing 1 time, or simple edges then i suggest buying posterboard and if you have a paper cutter, chopping it down to fit in your printer, it should still work fine, you might have to change printer settings so it doesn't jam. this will allow you to have less contact/stencilly bit connecting, and will last alot longer.
OH! and when you do practices with it try doing both sides, you might notice it start to curl a little, if you spray both sides evenly with paint first it should cut that out.
great.
I like a little over spray.
